1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, participation, and cancellation policies for all non-conference events organised by SPACE Studies of Planning and Architecture Ltd, including but not limited to workshops, lectures, and seminars. By registering for an event, you agree to these terms.

2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

2.1. All registrations must be completed through our official website or approved third-party platforms.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email.

2.4. Attendees must verify all details before finalising their registration. Changes may not be possible after confirmation.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to space@spacestudies.co.uk.

3.2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

3.3. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus processing fees for both the original transaction and the refund transaction.

3.4. Registrations are non-transferable unless specifically approved in writing.

4. EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY US

4.1. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, speaker cancellations, or force majeure events.

4.2. In case of event cancellation, attendees will receive a full refund.

4.3. In case of event postponement, attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or receive a full refund if they are unable to attend the new date.

4.4. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as travel or accommodation costs.

5. PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT

5.1. Attendees must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

5.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER

6.1. By attending the event, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

6.2. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1. All event materials, including presentations and recordings, are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

7.2. Unauthorized recording or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

8.1. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
